First-gen talent, college students (and undergrad graduates) whose parent(s) did not complete a bachelor’s degree, are trailblazers, forging paths through the challenges of college and career, all without the  immeasurable benefit of guidance from parents with prior degrees or professional experience.

First gens, a diverse group of undergraduate students (and undergrad graduates) are primarily from low-income, minority communities who are disproportionately women, parents, veterans, older adults, caregivers, and individuals working while learning.
